my skirt was full, but i needed to adjust the cage on the hoop skirt and it was perfect. make sure you're skirt is long enough to cover the whole hoop skirt

I just received my petticoat and I'm very pleased! It's beautiful! Very full shape but not too stiff, it's very comfortable. It's longer than I expected, I'm 5'2 and the lace/crinoline top layer almost touches the floor, even with the waistband pulled all the way up over my waist, but that is fine because I'm wearing heels with my dress.
